Share your tasty dishes, traditional favorites, and new food ideas with thousands of people.

Whether you are a chef or a home cook, we invite you to be part of this exciting event!

 
How to Join

✅ Register Your Interest – Fill out an online form.
✅ Selection Process – If selected, you must pay in advance to book your stall. We choose stalls based on our event needs.
✅ Food Safety Certificate – You must provide a valid Food Hygiene Certificate before making any payment.
✅ Stall Fee Payment – Once we get your application, we will email you the stall fee details. After approval, we will share our bank details for payment.

 
Stall Size

🍴 All food stalls are 3m x 3m, unless you arrange something different with us.
📍 The festival team will decide stall locations for a smooth event setup.

 
Important Rules

🔹 Security – You are responsible for keeping your stall and items safe. We are not responsible for theft or damage.
🔹 Power Supply – You must bring your own generator and fuel to run your stall.
🔹 Good Service – Treat all customers kindly and fairly to help create a fun and friendly event.
🔹 Follow Rules – You must respect Auckland Council rules and festival guidelines. Please follow instructions from our team to keep the event enjoyable for everyone. 

 
Food Stall Fees & What You Need to Know

Stall Fees & Payment

  • We will email you the stall fee after we get your application.

  • Once approved, you must pay to book your spot.

  • Payment must be made to the given bank account.

  • No refunds will be given, even if the weather is bad or fewer people attend.

  • If the event is canceled, stall fees will be fully refunded.

Festival Rules for Stall-Holders

You must be ready and open from 10 AM until  6 PM on Sunday, 20th April 2025.

  • Bring all your equipment, food, and supplies.

  • Make sure you have enough staff to run your stall.

  • Follow all festival rules and keep your area safe.

  • No Vehicles will be permited in public areas once the festival starts.
